Ok..so this week our producer wants to “redeem” herself from having to make last week’s “Drink of the Week” so get your ingredients together, set a reminder and TUNE IN for “Open Conversation…RACISM: Is this a post-racial society?”
Rising Sun
2 oz. Ginjo Sake
1 Tablespoon Mashed Papaya
1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
Splash fresh lime Juice
Instructions:
Place the mashed papaya in the mixing glass and the rest of the ingredients on top. Shake and pour into an iced glass, garnish with pineapple slice.
