This week’s Playing Devil’s Advocate – Hosted by Ms. KiKi was entertaining to say the least. So things started off with a much deserved kudos to our stylish host, Ms. KiKi, on her dress of choice for the Voyage Fashion Gala this past weekend. (check it out HERE and tell us what YOU think!)

If you talk the talk but don’t walk the walk, in a nutshell, you are a hypocrite and Hypocrisy – You Can’t Have It Both Ways was this week’s topic…and it was on fire! The show worked from two angles:

Hypocrisy which is defined as: claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; and
Double Standard which is defined as: a rule or principle is unfairly applied in different ways to different groups.

KiKi started with all the people who condemn her for penning the book, The Other Woman’s Code of Conduct, but plan their lives around watching Scandal every week for Olivia and Fitz’s affair, and moved on to Sporty Spunky Angel’s church folk…especially the pulpit! (we can cover an entire show on just them alone! but I digress…) The conversation continued with Peepin’ Shaun’s know-it-all explanation of the different types of hypocrisy (but you will have to listen to the archives to hear what they are!)

Since Ms. KiKi was in coach mode again, she broke down the three main reasons people are hypocrites:

Fear of what other people may say or think;
Uncertain of what they actually believe; and
Their actual beliefs are unrealistic and/or unattainable.

Then she took us to school about hypocrites and the double standard of women vs. men and their number of sexual partners…but you will have to listen to the archives to hear the solution for that issue!

Meanwhile in the chat room, Sporty’s mom (that’s right…HER MOTHER!) was holding it down! She put all of Sporty’s business out in the street, including her government name! Not only that, she was flirting with someone in chat and it really chapped Sporty’s hide! If you want to know who it was and what happened…you guessed it, LISTEN TO THE ARCHIVES (I will give you a hint…it wasn’t Peepin’ Shaun! LOL)

“The Regular Guy” Rocky Miller dropped in long enough to share a philosophical nugget on hypocritical parents, like only he can and then entered our Resident Voice of Unreason…Facebook Shaka! He delivered a Top 5 that had my sides hurting. He brought the hammer down on the men, women, uppity black people and even the Elders of the church!

Our producer’s “Drink of the Week” is sure to be a favorite among the cougars out there. Chandra created the Cotton Candy Shooter to lure the bing all the young ones to the “sandlot”.

This brings us to our special guest, Meg Brown, Senior Casting Director for TLC’s Extreme Cougar Wives. Meg is looking for couples, single cougars, the new cougar or the “sabertooth”. If you are interested in being on the show, email her! Our host Ms. KiKi can totally understand this cougar concept because we all know, THAT’S HOW SHE ROLLS! She is OUR resident cougar and makes no apologies about it! Sporty Angel, Peepin’ Shaun and Facebook Shaka ALL had opinions on the topic of cougars but you will have to listen to the archives to hear them for yourselves!!

Finally, Meg decided to stick around for our “Ask PDA” letter and it was a doozey! Twin sisters… live in the same complex, one a happy widowed retiree, the other a free loving 7 time married adulteress, need I say more?!?! Listen to the archives and leave your two cents.
