Flaming Screw
3/4 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz 151 Rum
1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
1/3 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 oz Orange Juice
1/3 oz Lime Juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with an inverted spent half lime shell filled with a1/2 oz 151 Rum.
Ignite the 151 Rum for 30 seconds.
Blow out the flame and mix in the 151 Rum before drinking.
