Watermelon Mojito
2 oz Light Rum
1 1/2 oz Watermelon liqueur
1 oz Soda Water
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Sprigs of Mint
Watermelon slice
Lime wheel
Instructions
Muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup at the bottom of a high ball
glass. Add ice, then top with the rum, watermelon liqueur and soda water and stir.
Garnish with a watermelon slice and lime wheel.
