Double PainKiller
2 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Spice Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Nutmeg
Instructions
Pour all ingredients except the nutmeg into highball glass filled with ice.
Stir until mixed and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
