Last week on Playing Devil’s Advocate hosted by Ms. KiKi and the crew broke it down for all the women who may be wondering “WHY YOU’RE STILL SINGLE”. So after putting the women in the hot seat it is only fair to give the fellas a turn. Well this week Ms. KiKi and the crew explained to the men “Why you ALWAYS have DRAMA! LISTEN TO THE ARCHIVES to hear where this topic lead to just 15 minutes into the show.
The show kicked off with KiKi asking Shaun to share his interesting note about tonight’s topic. Seems when Shaun researched the word DRAMA for this show, most links were not the subject of men. Yes, since the beginning of my time DRAMA has been tied to or described as a woman’s attribute, but I so agree with KiKi in the fact that a lot of men are DRAMA kings.
The first issue causing drama is that fellas, YOU LIE! You lie when you don’t have to, you lie about the unnecessary, you just LIE LIE LIE! This of course, put Shaun on the defense and KiKi had to break it down for him. Fellas most of the time we women, are not mad that you lied, it’s what you lied about. Sporty went to her happy place and after KiKi got her back on track, we were able to get her take on the fellas and lying. KiKi pointed out that Sporty’s name for a particular type of “drama king” may be off, but it leads right back to lying. Listen to the Archives to hear Shaun try to clean it up for the fellas.
The other things that go hand and hand with lying were fraud and cheating. KiKi started with fraud by pointing out that men like to lead with their wallets. Pretending to have lots of money and nice cars, all the while they are living in their mother’s basement. This fraudulent activity sets an expectation for the woman and DRAMA for you. As far as the cheating goes, KiKi explained that men cheat in many ways and not just the traditional way of taking another lover. Listen to the Archives to hear the ways that men cheat.
Now back to the lying and fraud. Men should not engage in “pair bonding” activities when you are not trying to be in the boyfriend zone. Shaun believes that is the role you gotta play to get called up for the booty. I say that you may need to step up yo game! Also, what ever happened to honest conversation and coming to me with what you want and see what happens? Listen to the Archives for KiKi’s sure fire way to know HE is ready.
The first caller of the night called for a foul and described the show up to this point, a “Waiting to Exhale” party. So KiKi, true to form, challenged Andreas to give his point of view on MEN and DRAMA. As expected, (by me) he put all the blame on women. I agree that some women see light at the end of the tunnel when it is clearly a dead end, but to get the “sugar” men become very creative and colorful with their information and time. Case in point Andreas believes that if ya’ll have sex three times a week it does not land him in boyfriend zone. That is a lot of my damn time not to be my man, I’m just saying. Listen to the Archives but make sure you know your numbers, because 1, 2, 3 & 4, 5, 6 have never been used in such a way before.
Sporty and Andreas went back and forth for a moment about men being honest with women. The back and forth between those two prompted a participant from the chat room to call in. When he chimed in, he confirmed what I already knew. The men want to play the game; they want the image of a Madonna-Whore. They want us to hold out on the p-essence for that pure illusion, but say we are playing games when we do. Listen to the Archives to hear this caller and Andreas, but be sure to listen and read between the lies….um, err lines! 🙂
After all that BS we had to wade through, the Drink of the Week was right on time! (I don’t care how many times KiKi repeats how the “elevated threat” ties-in to the topic, I DON’T GET.) Anyway, this week’s drink was Code Yellow. According to KiKi this is a high threat level and the ingredients certainly seem to fall in line. So, Listen to the Archives to get the full recipe and sip while you enjoy the show.
Now, moving right along…KiKi went right into the next drama magnet attribute. KiKi believes some men’s “pickers” may be off and she rattled off about 10 things in 10 seconds that they could be picking wrong. Andreas may agree but repeats once again that sex with a woman three times a week is not a boyfriend make. I think Andreas likes the drama, because even if there is no meal, movie or breakfast, 3x per week is too often and will undoubtedly breed drama. Let me say it like this, if I am seeing you 3x per week and all we are doing is smashing, THE PYPE IS GOOD and if I get use to that, and the situation suddenly changes, I may have DRAMA. Listen to the Archives to hear Shaun and Andreas comment on having an off picker.
Next up was the lazy dude. Now this fella is comfortable with the evil he knows. This guy, according to KiKi just checks out on the relationship, but is still physically there. I don’t know what kind of pixie dust KiKi sprinkled during the station identification, but miraculously Andreas and Shaun both agreed on something! Shaun then went deep into “past baggage” being an issue for the me and thus causing drama and this brought “Coach” KiKi to the mic! Listen to the Archives to learn the blatant signs women display whens there is past damage or baggage.
At this point, a PDA family member called in and went straight in on Andreas! I totally agree with you Ikiesha and you have to download the Archives to find out what I am agreeing with. Right now I am LITERALLY screaming, “LISTEN UP ANDREAS!” because KiKi made a point about how arrogance can potentially cause a lot of drama for men. Unfortunately to to the “untrained women” she may have heard “sexy swag” in Andreas’ voice and there is a difference and that difference is what makes the world rotate. I personally heard the arrogant, “I know I am all that…“, the minute he started speaking. I would wager a bet that Andreas knows what brings him drama, but his arrogance makes him think it should miss him…NOT!!! The law of physics, states; for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, so if you bring me stress, I’ll bring you DRAMA! Listen to the Archives to find out why you can’t call men sensitive anymore and what you should call them.
The next attribute is one of my favorites…Relationship management. This is one of the most widespread issues, in my opinion. Men avoid confrontation at all cost which is a breeding ground for mismanaging relationships. KiKi pointed out that it can be many types and aspects of relationships that men tend to mismanage. The relationship between the “Baby Mama” and the “Current Woman” or even between your Mother and your Mate can be so poorly managed that it can cause SERIOUS DRAMA. For Sporty this brought up the issue of “men catching feelings”. This comment of course sets Andreas off, because he claims this has never happened to him, YEAH RIGHT. The way I see it is men catch feelings first and more often ends up getting hurt in the game of love which contributes to the arrogant, emotionally unavailable creatures they wind up becoming. Listening to the Archives is a must to hear KiKi Edutain™ you on the chemicals that we produce that keep the men so “tender”. LOL! 😛
This week’s “Ask PDA” is brought to you by Code Yellow, the producers Drink of the Week. Shockingly, a PDA family member authored this week’s letter!! This situation is sticky and in my opinion Sporty needs to kick her brother’s A** for putting her in the situation and I guess miracles were happening last Wednesday because I actually agreed with Andreas’ advice!! Shaun said just let it be and hopes it disappears. Coach KiKi reiterated her stance on relationship management and suggested that it’s her brother’s issue to deal with. LISTEN TO THE ARCHIVES to see if Sporty is receptive to all the advice. As always this is a small portion of the best show on Wednesday night. So, please Download the Archives to catch the full craziness that is Playing Devil’s Advocate™.
